just adding on what a good time we are having. truley a needed break. everything in Bangkok starts to grow on you... the smell, the business, the people and their charm. Looking forward to the next couple of days.
thew long walk "off the beaten path" yesterday was much needed. i reminded us both, i think, that not everyone in bangkok is here to scam you. Walking by stores with thousands and thousands of golden buddhas of all sizes for sale, in a district free of english and white folk, was quite releaving.
really enjoying the cold showers ad the runs everyday. also, there has been this man in the internet cafe we frequet. He was on the phone, quite loudly, yesterday with his "mum" and today he is here agian. bangkok is quite the place.

Sounds like you guys are having a great adventure and this is certainly and eye-opener for Will. One can never get enough of cats and Buddah's not to mention the fishes on a sticks. And Will, sorry that your Go-Phone doesn't work over there. I think we got "scammed" over here when we bought it. anyway, at least you can text for a somewhat reasonable price.
