hello everyone. Tonight I must take up the serious topic of keyboarding. I realize that long gone are the days when kids take typewriting in seventh grade with Mrs. Graves at Central Intermediate but was that such a bad skill to encourage of the young? I now find myself in many internet cafe's with so many characters on the keys you can hardly discern what you are typing. Every person has their own style but the italian lady and her man friend next to me really seems to be a bit of a banger on the keys. She is THE fastest tow fingered hunt and pecker I have ever seen. As far as the all time fastest typer I have ever witnesses it would have to be Dr. Alix Bjorklund my former associate who had the most amazing skill I could have watched her at the computer for hours.

Anyway, Will and I are pulling out of Bangkok in the early morning for Bangkok. The suit fits fine and will be done when we get back. Hope all is well in the mean time.

  1. ahhhh, Mrs. Graves and her half spectacles on chain hovering over your shoulder as you frantically type type type away. I DO use all of my fingers to type with and enjoy it immensely. I am weird though. LOVING this blog

  3. Hey,
I still use all my fingers and can type 60 wpm! The best and most important class I ever took in High School was typing. No kidding. I'm thinking of you guys so much! I hate the Burma leg when there's no contact, but I know you are always safe and protected by the "Cody, nothing could ever go wrong, Force." Love to you both!

  4. Hey there! Can't believe I am just now hitting your blog!!! I will take my laptop to bed with me and catch up!!! And I TOTALLY took typing! (from Miss Powers). And was that nerd that practiced at home!!! Ack. However. That one skill became by bread and butter in those lean years right after grad school (thank you Kelley Temp Services!!). Weird that the sound of a typewriter (or a room full of typewriters, like for me, 6th hour my junior year) will be a novelty...
